Today's headlines include: Floodwaters are continuing to rise in parts of outback Queensland, where farming communities remain cut off following intense rainfall in the state’s west.  A Sydney mother has been arrested over the stabbing of her three children at a home in the city’s north west. Recovery efforts are continuing after a 7.7 magnitude earthquake struck Myanmar and Thailand on Friday.
