Today's headlines include:  Two strong earthquakes struck northern Venezuela on Wednesday night (local time), causing buildings in the capital city of Caracas to collapse. The unemployment rate is down to 4.4% from 4.5%, according to the Australian Bureau of Statistics. At least 48 people have died in France from drowning since the onset of a heatwave across Western Europe. And today’s good news!
