Headshot Express - When Heroes Become Monsters

Welcome back to TRUE ASSASSINS, the daily podcast that brings you another ADDICTIVE TRUE CRIME STORY! Buckle up, crime junkies, because tonight's episode is a real nail-biter! We're diving headfirst into a world gone mad, where the line between life and death is blurrier than a zombie's vision. Imagine a world overrun by the undead, but instead of panicking, the government trains elite assassins - the Zombie Response Team - to take them out with extreme prejudice! That's right, we're talking highly trained, taxpayer-funded badasses whose only job is to blow the brains out of VIPs who've gone full-on flesh-eater. Meet Jenkins and Ramirez, our zombie-slaying duo, as they navigate this hellscape, battling not just the undead, but their own inner demons. Their latest mission? Neutralize a power-hungry senator who's turned into a bloated caricature of his former self. Easy, right? Not so fast! This undead politician has barricaded himself in his panic room with an army of Secret Service zombies! As Jenkins and Ramirez blast their way through hordes of grotesque parodies of high society, they grapple with the chilling reality of their job. Are they heroes, saving the world from a fate worse than death? Or are they cold-blooded executioners, blurring the lines between humanity and monstrosity? This episode is a wild ride through the moral wasteland of a zombie apocalypse, where the question isn't whether you'll survive, but what you'll become in the process. Tune in for a story that's equal parts action-packed and thought-provoking. You won't be able to hit that 'stop' button! This is a public episode.
