HEALING 101: Dr David Sturgeon on supporting the mental health of students

On today's HEALING 101, I'm joined by Dr. David Sturgeon, a consultant psychiatrist at UCL. David has worked for students for many years and it was fascinating for me to talk to him about the mental health of students and to ask him all about why depression and anxiety is most commonly found amongst them and what he thinks universities can do to help prevent this.
