On today’s HEALING 101, I am speaking to Dr Fionnuala Barton who is a GP, Women’s Health Doctor and registered member of the British Menopause Society. She is passionate about optimising physical and emotional wellness for women at all stages of life and has particular interest in early recognition and management of perimenopausal and menopausal syptoms. Menopause itself is a topic which is slowly becoming more publicly discussed but I still fear that many of us don’t know enough about the impact it might have on the quality of our lives.
