[9:37]  One of our biggest problems is that we have become so disconnected from our bodies, our health, nature, circadian rhythms, and the sun and the moon. We've lost our health in translation. [13:15} What I was doing as a surgeon was just delaying the inevitable; cutting out the tumor is not the solution.  [27:46] It's the environment that has the greatest influence on a person's health. [28:56] In functional medicine, we know that there's a spectrum of health and what we're looking for is optimal.
