Healing a Grieving Heart

Sometimes the pain of grief can be so excruciating, it feels like it will never go away, especially if we are plagued with regrets of lost time or missed opportunities.  Yet those we love are always a part of us. A part of them lives in our hearts and another part of them walks beside us and supports us from the unseen realms.  Can the grief in the heart ever be healed?  Today’s meditation brings compassion and soothing to the heart while calling in the Divine knowledge of the continuation of life with and without form. We call on the Divine Names and Sacred Sound Codes:  * Al-Muhyi: The One Who Gives Life * Al-Mumit: The One Who Gives Death  * Al-Hayy: The One Who Lives Forever   This is from Question 16 in the upcoming book, The Answer is Love: Questions to Explore as We Transition into an Era of Peace.  The full question is: “My grief is so great – will it ever go away?
