14 September 2018 at 2:18pm was a moment in time that changed the course of so many innocent lives. Victoria Police Detective Senior Sergeant Vic Kostiuk was taking part in the Wall-to-Wall ride, a charity ride to raise funds for Police Legacy. Riding with Vic was his son, Felix, who is also a Victoria Police member. Father and son joy turned upside down when met with gut-wrenching tragedy as a driver under the influence of drugs and alcohol, recklessly collided with Vic with fatal consequences.  In this poignant conversation, Felix bravely shares his experiences, reflecting on the grief he witnessed that day and the subsequent challenges he faced in the weeks, months, and years that followed.
