Healing After Suicide Loss | From Intentions to Implementation Intentions
from Healing After Suicide Loss with Jon Leclerc, The Suicide Loss Coach | MUSIC ;n HEAL · host Jon Leclerc, The Suicide Loss Coach
My dear fellow suicide loss survivor,This message is for suicide loss survivors seeking healing, emotional safety, and hopeful support after loss.In today's episode, we explore something many survivors carry quietly after loss: Having beautiful healing intentions but still feeling stuck when it's time to take action. After suicide loss, many survivors have powerful intentions. We may want more peace, less stress, more calm, more emotional safety, more connection, or more ability to choose our responses instead of reacting. Those intentions matter, and they're not wrong; they're beautiful. But sometimes intentions need a bridge. For a long time, I repeated beautiful healing intentions without knowing how to live them. I would say, "May I be filled with music and heal." I would want more peace and less stress. I would want to be less reactive. But when the moment came, I didn't have a clear plan for what to practice. In this episode, I share how my healing shifted when I stopped only setting intentions and started creating implementation intentions: Simple if-then healing plans that helped me turn intention into action. This episode reflects the MUSIC ;n HEAL Approach as a trauma-informed, survivor-led pathway to emotional safety, suicide loss support, nervous system regulation, spiritual connection, and post-traumatic growth after suicide loss, without shaming survivors for feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin. You'll hear why intentions are sacred, why implementation turns them into healing rhythms, and how one clear if-then action can help our nervous system feel more supported, prepared, and safe. You'll learn:✨ why healing intentions are powerful but often incomplete on their own✨ how waiting for intentions to activate themselves can keep survivors stuck✨ what implementation intentions are and why they support healing✨ how to use the If Healing Challenge, Then Healing Action Framework✨ how one breath, one song, one pause, or one Soul Angel connection can become a healing planThis episode is for suicide loss survivors seeking healing after suicide loss through gentle, trauma-informed support. We explore emotional healing after loss, nervous system safety, music-based integration, spiritual connection, and sustainable healing habits that support post-traumatic growth without pressure or shame.🌱 Ready to create safer healing rhythms?🎥 Prefer YouTube?
