Healing After Suicide Loss | From Living By Others' Timing to Trusting Your Own Rhythm
from Healing After Suicide Loss with Jon Leclerc, The Suicide Loss Coach | MUSIC ;n HEAL · host Jon Leclerc, The Suicide Loss Coach
My dear fellow suicide loss survivor,This message is for suicide loss survivors seeking healing, emotional safety, and hopeful support after loss.In today's episode, we explore a pressure so many survivors quietly carry after loss: The pressure to heal, move on, celebrate, let go, or take the next step according to somebody else's timing. After suicide loss, many survivors begin feeling pulled by outside expectations. You may feel pressured to keep up with social timelines, family expectations, seasonal rituals, or other people's ideas of what healing should look like. Not because you're doing anything wrong, but because outside pressure can make it harder to hear your own healing rhythm. For a long time, I carried this pressure quietly too. I thought healing meant keeping up with everyone else's timing, but over time, I realized there's nothing healing about living according to other people's timetables. Healing deepens when we create a rhythm our soul and nervous system can actually hold.In this episode, I share how my healing shifted when I stopped living by other people's timing and started trusting my own rhythm instead. This episode reflects the MUSIC ;n HEAL Approach as a trauma-informed, survivor-led pathway to emotional safety, nervous system regulation, spiritual connection, and post-traumatic growth, without forcing healing to match anyone else's pace or expectations. You'll hear why healing doesn't deepen through social pressure, and why healing grows when we stop forcing ourselves to keep up and start trusting the rhythm that feels true for us.You'll learn:✨ why outside pressure can dysregulate our nervous system✨ why healing can't happen on someone else's watch✨ how trusting your own rhythm builds safety and self-trust✨ why healing isn't about being early or late✨ how small choices help create a healing rhythm your soul can holdThis episode is for suicide loss survivors seeking healing after suicide loss through gentle, trauma-informed support. We explore emotional healing after loss, nervous system safety, music-based integration, spiritual connection, and sustainable healing habits that support post-traumatic growth without pressure or shame.🌱 Ready to create safer healing rhythms?🎥 Prefer YouTube?
