Healing After Suicide Loss | From Looking for a Savior to Growing Self-Healing Power
from Healing After Suicide Loss with Jon Leclerc, The Suicide Loss Coach | MUSIC ;n HEAL · host Jon Leclerc, The Suicide Loss Coach
My dear fellow suicide loss survivor,This message is for suicide loss survivors seeking healing, emotional safety, and hopeful support after loss.In today's episode, we explore something many survivors carry quietly after loss: Looking outward for someone, something, or some breakthrough to save us from the pain. After suicide loss, it makes sense to search for relief. We may look for the person, method, answer, opportunity, or breakthrough that'll finally fix the grief and make the pain stop. Support, guidance, and community matter, but sometimes looking outward for rescue can turn into waiting. For a long time, I searched outside myself for something that could save me. I wanted the pain fixed, my grief removed, and the right answer to finally make everything easier. But healing began shifting when I realized my power grows every time I build the skills to grow through what I go through. In this episode, I share how my healing shifted when I stopped waiting to be saved and started growing self-healing power through healing skills. This episode reflects the MUSIC ;n HEAL Approach as a trauma-informed, survivor-led pathway to emotional safety, suicide loss support, nervous system regulation, spiritual connection, and post-traumatic growth after suicide loss, without rejecting support, community, or guidance. You'll hear why support is beautiful, but why waiting for something outside of ourselves to fix our grief can keep our own healing power underdeveloped. You'll learn:✨ why many suicide loss survivors look outward for a cure, savior, or breakthrough✨ how waiting to be saved can create stagnation and inaction✨ why support matters, but doesn't replace our self-healing power✨ how building healing skills helps activate the power already within us✨ why one breath, one song, one honest reflection, or one Soul Angel connection can begin shifting us from waiting to empowermentThis episode is for suicide loss survivors seeking healing after suicide loss through gentle, trauma-informed support. We explore emotional healing after loss, nervous system safety, music-based integration, spiritual connection, and sustainable healing habits that support post-traumatic growth without pressure or shame.🌱 Ready to create safer healing rhythms?🎥 Prefer YouTube?
