Because the emotion may be something that is needed in some way to shift you towards the perspective you need. But....  You CAN allow yourself today to let go of the part of the story where it limits you in some way..   The part of the emotional connection that says ... " I am this way... BECAUSE OF THIS thing that happened,... or didn't happen...   This we have control over .. and can evolve beyond ... I will make an actual video on this explaining it further ...
