Healing from the Inside Out with Evy Buzan

Evy Buzan is an international, world traveling pilates and yoga instructor.  She has felt a burning desire to share her personal story. Evy comes from an average Ukrainian household. She attended law school and received a law degree, however, she decided to follow her curiosity and passions for the fitness world. After years of training and teaching, she began to feel her body breaking down from the inside out. She tried to mask it with a smile and project that everything was perfect because that was the expectation she felt she needed in order to thrive in this fitness industry. Then she discovered Pilates. For her, this method helped her heal from the inside out. Then yoga became a new way of life.
