Healing from Trauma and Burnout: Finding Your Path to Wellness With Kristina Mcgahan

from Personal Development Trailblazers Podcast · host Digital Trailblazers

Welcome to the Personal Development Trailblazers Podcast! In today’s episode, we're talking about how you can heal from burnout and trauma.Kristina McGahan is a Registered Nurse of 28 years and the creator of the Mind Over Matter Nursing Recovery Summit — a program dedicated to helping nurses heal from burnout on every level: mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical. After decades in cardiovascular care, telemetry, med-surg, progressive care, and management, Kristina found herself walking through her own season of deep burnout. She was carrying pain from home and trauma from the bedside at the same time. She pushed through like nurses always do, until God showed her that healing wasn’t only possible — it was necessary.Out of her own recovery came a calling to help other nurses who feel exhausted, numb, anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who they used to be. She blends her clinical background with SoZo-based guided meditations, faith-led inner-healing work, nervous-system practices, and one-on-one coaching. Her approach goes beyond “coping” and focuses on identifying triggers, rewiring patterns, and restoring identity and joy.Kristina believes nurses don’t have to leave the profession to heal — they just need the right support, the right tools, and the space to breathe again. Her mission is to walk alongside nurses worldwide as they rebuild themselves from the inside out.Connect with Kristina Here: Facebook.com/kristinacanyonhttps://instagram.com/kristinacanyonlinkedin.com/in/kristina-mcgahan-rn-bsn-lnc-41861052Grab the freebie here: https://api.leadconnectorhq.com/widget/form/zVHFCTZddSNiGpAqRCr5===================================If you enjoyed this episode, remember to hit the like button and subscribe.
