When we become physically ill, we tend to look outside ourselves for solutions – and those solutions often give us relief. But when we rely only on outside sources for healing, we often find ourselves in the same or similar circumstance. When we work from the inside out to release the illness, we also can dissolve the deeper, inner cause.
