Healing is Hard Sis

Healing can be hard and scary especially trying to navigate healing while live your best life, while exceling in your career, while honoring your inner child, while drinking your water, while being a good homegirl/sister/friend, while minding your business, while texting people back, while getting enough rest, while trying to exercise regularly, while trying to eat right, while finding time to hang out with your family, while reading 6 books a month and all while simultaneously loosing your shit every other day. But whew child getting to the other side is so worth it. Newsflash: That healing is also gon to cost you some things but we have got to do it anyway.
