Over the years, we have discovered that many of our participants who struggle with food and eating issues also are in relationships with people who struggle with appropriate sexual behavior. Today, we are joined by Sherry from Grace Street Coaching, who helps illuminate the myriad ways trauma manifests in our lives and its impact on our mental health.
