Leah Davis is a Wealth & Wellness Coach for women of color, and the creator of Unbothered & Steady, a 52-week audio program on Substack helping Black and Brown women heal their relationship with money. Leah's work starts from a simple but often overlooked truth: struggling with money isn't about intelligence, discipline, or willpower, it's about safety. For Black and Brown women who have spent years in environments that made them feel unseen, undervalued, or unprotected, the nervous system responds to money the same way it responds to any other threat. Through Unbothered & Steady, Leah offers a weekly practice of grounding and remembering, not budgeting spreadsheets, to help women build real financial safety from the inside out.
