Healing Offense and Unforgiveness

from Finding Your Mind When You've Lost It Hosted by Tayo Ishola-Aranmolate

Offense is seed for unrest and anxiety and grows into many things, not limited in scope to animosity, enmity, evil judgement, and pure wickedness. The fruit that the seed of offense sprouts into doesn't affect the one we are offended by in the same way it affects us, so this is a battle with self and one that we'd need to win internally. The good news is we can heal unforgiveness and patterns of offense by increasing our awareness of its existence in our lives.
