Healing past trauma with focusing on the chakras part 1. Root Chakra

from Awaken the Authentic You · host Darcy Britt, Tracy Gardner

The same herbs were used for each item.  Just tweaked a bit for whatever I was using it for.   Simmer pot:to a small cooking pot or Calderon add the following ingredientsRose petals, Yarrow, lavender, and vitamin E oil.  Bring that to a boil and let it steep until cool. For the salt, add some dry herbs (listed above), a good amount of salt of choice.  I chose sea salt for cleansing.  I added some cyan pepper (ground) since I was going to do some banishing on the full moon.  This will also bring the red color to your salt.  I also added a couple of drops of red food coloring.  Mix that all together. For spell jar.  I added some of the ingredients to the simmer pot along with some Tiger's eye shavings.  You can add any crystal that helps work with your root chakra.   Don't throw out the simmer pot just yet.  After it cooled down, I soaked some plane white copy paper in the simmer pot water and set it to dry.  Once dry, you can write your healing, manifestations or whatever you decide on the paper to give it an extra boost of energy.   I also dressed my candle with the simmer pot since the simmer pot is made on the New moon for whatever chakra I worked on.

Healing trauma from the past by focusing on those chakras. Today we are going to focus on the Root Chakra. Check the show notes for simmer pot, salt and spell jar recipe.
