She guides women to reclaim their power, achieve inner peace, and build healthy, meaningful connections in all areas of their lives — so they can thrive and create the life they deserve. As the youngest of five children born to immigrant parents in an arranged marriage, Heidi witnessed the complexities of her parents’ unhealthy relationship. Growing up, she realized early on that many essential relationship skills were missing from her environment, inspiring her to seek growth. At just 19, Heidi began her journey of self-discovery and personal development, starting with therapy and coaching, followed by enrollment in diverse personal development programs.Through this process, Heidi healed her own mother wounds, transformed her relationship with her mother, and learned how to build powerful, healthy relationships.In 2021, Heidi decided to transition careers and apply her life’s work to help others. She completed a rigorous nine-month training program, graduating as a Certified Master Life Coach.
