God's Heart is to Heal All Trauma ❤️ Last Sunday, guest speaker Dr. Mike Hutchings spoke of the healing of God being made available for those who suffer from PTSD and trauma. His insights from over 35 years of pastoral experience enlightened us to the truth that the quality of our lives does not have to be determined or defined by our past wounds. Instead, our lives are to defined by Jesus who suffered that we may be spiritual, physical, and emotionally whole in Christ. ✝️ The chastening for our well-being fell upon Him, And by His scourging, we are healed. Isaiah 53:5 In this context, Dr. Hutchings explained that Jesus suffered trauma on our behalf so that ours can be fully healed. Let us praise and thank our God, who has made the abundant life available through the works of His only begotten Son!
