Tatiana Forero Puerta is originally from Bogotá, Colombia. A graduate of Stanford and New York Universities, she is the author of YOGA FOR THE WOUNDED HEART: A Journey, Philosophy, and Practice of Healing Emotional Pain (Lantern Books, 2018) and Cleaning the Ghost Room (Able Muse Press, 2019).
