Find solutions to long-standing problems, recover from past events, free yourself from limiting beliefs and make changes in your life - this podcast is about Eidetic imagery. My guest, Wendy Yellen, is a longtime psychotherapist who left the field and now practices Eidetic Image therapy, which merges ancient Greek knowledge with 21st century science of neuroplasticity. Eidetic images are recorded pictures stored within our brain, and one way we remember important life events. When the Eidetic image is retrieved and reviewed in a therapy session, underlying causes to unresolved issues are revealed, blockages can be cleared, and troubling past experiences can be healed. Wendy describes the technique and how it works, and performs an Eidetic session with me live (well, recorded) on the podcast! You can do the exercise along with me, replacing the images I describe with your own images. The Eidetic healing exercise starts at 23 minutes into the show. Learn more about what Wendy does at https://wendyyellen.com/spiritualmanifesto/. Also there is a new ad at a few minutes in, from a new sponsor, Avila's El Ranchito in Lake Forest and Foothill Ranch, California, featuring music by Common Sense. While I won't usually have two ads in a row at the beginning of a show, I put it there for this episode.
