Eric Levitz is the Executive Director and Founder of AZ House Jerusalem, a transformative recovery program serving the Jewish world. Founded in 2016, AZ House provides long-term residential treatment for men seeking recovery from addiction — with no cost to residents or families. The goal isn’t simply to make treatment affordable, but to remove money from the equation entirely, allowing the organization to focus fully on helping people and delivering the highest possible standard of care.

Based in Jerusalem but reaching far beyond it, AZ House has become a global destination for recovery, with men coming from across Israel, the United States, Canada, England, South Africa, and Australia to join its vibrant community.

Eric and his team have built more than just a treatment center — they’ve built a family and a community. Their work blends structure, accountability, and deep connection with real-life experiences: camping trips, community projects, shared meals, and time outdoors.
