Nathaniel Oliver Wilkins, Nate Wilkins for short, is over 60 plus years and says, he is in the race to reach 100 plus. A former Park and Recreation Administrator, navy vet who is on a mission to change the conversation around Men’s health, especially and about aging. He is the co-creator and founder of the Ageless Workout, The Now Group Inc., Panache fitness and several other healing companies. Nate received his bachelor’s degree from Kansas State University, and master’s degree from the University of Kansas and the most important PhD from the University of “Hard Knocks in Life”. He spent the last 27 years as a Parks and Recreation administrator and later managed fitness programs at five-star hotels in spas. He is an early riser, sports and nutrition coach, educator, author and national speaker. Nate has reinvented himself many times and is now devoting his second career in health wellness and healing, something he says is his highest calling yet.
