HEALTH & WELLNESS PRIORITY FOR WOMEN OF COLOR!

LISTEN UP SISTERS, IT'S REPORT CARD TIME! As we move closer to the close of 2023, I am reminded of THE WELL''S conversation with Dr. Angela Clack at the beginning of the year. We emphasized the need for Black & All Women Of Color to PRIORITIZE their wellness and health, at which time I asked Dr. Clack for a report card grade for how our Sisters were doing according to her professional estimation. Dr. Clack gave this group of women a hard B because there is still the struggle with guilt as it relates to self-care! It is my prayer that many of women have moved to a "B+", and if not that this conversation will remind all of us that we must do better for our own sakes and those who need and depend on us!
