Health department to spray for mosquitoes in FDR Park

The Philadelphia Department of Public Health will spray for mosquitoes Monday night in FDR Park. It'll happen around dusk. Sunset is at 8:28 p.m. The department says samples taken in the park have shown mosquitoes that can potentially carry the West Nile virus.
