Dr. Stephanie Lahr, Chief Medical Officer at uPerform, highlights the critical need for new ways to conduct health IT education. Traditional one-time training sessions for large groups are no longer sufficient for the constantly evolving healthcare technologies. And it was sort of a one-and-done: you learned it, you went, you moved on, and you used it.
