Each year her visits became longer, with the first visit often taking over an hour as she educated her clients in not just physical therapy, but how to manage all the different demands of their healthcare needs. It was during these visits that Ebie became painfully aware of the lack of education available to the general public on how to manage their healthcare.  As the speed with which the industry continues to change increased, she came to realize how crucial this information was to each person she interacted with.
