Health: The emergency room overload

Influenza A is currently hitting New Zealand hard .. two weeks ago Auckland recorded its worst week for flu hospitalisations in a decade. The pressure on hospitals and health services is immense .. and health experts are warning we might not have hit the peak yet. An Auckland Hospital doctor recently spoke out about the near constant overcrowding in the emergency department which was leaving staff demoralised and putting patients at risk. Andera experienced that first hand and joins Jesse to share her story.
