HEALTH: Why Do You Eat That #BeHonestTho

from Unmuted w/ Billionaire Brown · host Demetrius Le'Mar Aaron Brown

Before a changed my diet almost a decade ago I began asking myself this question. In hindsight constantly asking myself this question helped my become diet conscious. From the days of eating fried chicken and the purple vein i would see every time near the bone of chicken (Why Do I Eat That). I asked myself the same thing with many other foods ( I just like to pick on chicken ) lol. I'm curious to know if you ever asked yourself this question ? If so, to what extent has it impacted the diet that you have chosen for yourself today? Disclosure: Just because you don't eat meat doesn't mean you have a good diet. Vegans should ask themselves the question, Vegetarians should ask themselves the question, Pescatarians should ask themselves the question, fruitarians should ask themselves the question. If you are voluntarily putting things in your body for nourishment you should ever so often ask yourself WHY?
