Healthcare partnership has been 'full of stand-out moments'

Something that has been in the news a lot recently is the issue of waiting lists at Noble's Hospital. Two years ago, Manx Care brought over Scottish based company Synaptik to help carry out a number of procedures. So how has that partnership been for both teams, and what has it meant for Manx patients?
