HealthForce Memo Ep 004 - Accountability

The quickest and fastest way to show your boss or others that you are a negative team player is by having ZERO accountability. You don't get to blame others for all of your failures. You must OWN them all.  The same happens in business....I watch plenty of business owners firsthand on a regular basis deflect and blame others for any problems. They accept zero role in outcomes and would rather throw others under the bus.  This is just such a losing play both short term and long term. I implore you to think of others. Look for win-win scenarios and deals. Be the bigger person so to speak.
