The issue is most of us hardly do it appropriately or accurately. You don't just get to say "well ONE study showed...." and presto.....everyone believes you. No no no. It is about the overall body of research. Lean on peer reviews and meta-analyses. Understand that sometimes research is also inconclusive.....or done poorly.
