"Concordia Center for the Family, in partnership with the FamilyLife Family Needs Survey (FNS) and Concordia Plan Services, wish to gather reliable data on these issues in an anonymous, objective, comprehensive process in order to provide focused solutions and resources that are effective, solid and needed as a pathway to prevention or recuperative family church worker health."
