We want to believe this to be true but we often think it is an unattainable dream.  Yet, it is possible.  Together we will explore what it means to be a healthy follower of Jesus in a complicated world as Solomon wrote, “...pay attention to what I say; turn your ear to my words. Do not let them out of your sight, keep them within your heart; for they are life to those who find them and health to one’s whole body.”
