Desmond Meade received his JD from Florida International University College of Law. Desmond is currently the President and Executive Director of the Florida Rights Restoration Coalition. Keith and Dana are partners in the law firm of James W. Dana and Keith share their perspective and experiences on diversity, equity and inclusion in the law and workplace.Dr. Tiffany Bowden rounds out the episode.
