Hearing to decide who controls the coast of California to be held on Monday

Now more on that important hearing today on who controls the coast of California. The Trump Administration wants more offshore drilling and wants to take the decision-making power away from the California Coastal Commission due to what they call the state's “environmental extremism.” Grant Bixby from the Business Alliance to Protect the Pacific Coast talks about it with L.A.'s Morning News.
