Hearing Voices: A Lifelong Adventure

Voices are the oldest hallucination that I remember having, and they have shaped much of my life. Hearing voices built my resilience, affected my personality, and even changed the structure of my thoughts. It was difficult and painful going through years of hearing voices with no help, but it’s helped to make me who I am.
