Heart Chakra Transmission Affrimations. Our Heart chakra is the portal between our spiritual and physical Chakras. It has two chambers the top which is pink in colour and where we hold forgiveness & trauma. The bottom chamber is Green in colour and is where we hold our unconditional love.
