Heart disease is the #1 killer of women worldwide

from WWJ: On-Demand

Heart disease is the #1 killer of women worldwide, more than all types of cancer combined. The American Heart Association (AHA) says the symptoms for women are more subtle than they are in men. They often mimic acid reflux, indigestion or even jaw pain. Too often, they go unchecked. The AHA is holding a special luncheon in downtown Detroit, at the Westin Book Cadillac, on Friday (4/10). Luncheon chair and President and CEO of Albert Kahn Associates, Kim Montague, spoke live with WWJ's Kyle Kimball. (AmnajKhetsamtip/GettyImages).
