If we want to change the world we have to change ourselves but changing ourselves doesn’t mean that we’re not good enough as we are. It just means that we need to drop into our heart and fall into love and the way to do that is by accepting our entire humanity. We do have the power to change the world. All it would require would be to drop into our hearts and raise our frequency but the challenge getting there collectively, is that we have to embody it first and we can’t embody it fully if we’re still judging ourselves and believing that we’re not good enough. You don’t have to be “high vibe” by pretending, or acting, or behaving positively all the time. If you drop into your heart and become loving, kind, compassionate and patient with yourself—most especially when you are experiencing challenging emotions (that are not bad but rather messengers alerting you to something that needs your loving attention)—the more able you’ll be able to show up in the world in a more heart-centered, loving, tolerant and compassionate way. In this episode I talk about why humanity is being called to drop into heart, the power of frequency and why it’s so important to give focus to it WITHOUT spiritually bypassing, and how like attracts like. And of course more… Tune in on Spotify and Apple Podcasts: Raw Conversations with Corinne Blum Loving you from afar, Corinne www.corinneblum.com Insta: @corinneblum @theauthenticselfcoach Facebook: @corinneblum @corinneblumcoach
