heart. head. gut. or... the universe will tell you.

"Trust your heart."  "Do whatever you think."  Or, "trust your gut."  How many times have you heard those expressions? Or, worse yet, how many times has the universe put you in check with a hard lesson and you've screamed, "I should have trusted my gut!!!" Why don't we listen to our internal voices - our heard, head, gut - more often?  Because a lot of times, listening to them means a change... a hard and usually painful change.  But.  That hopefully short-term pain is for a long-term gain. Truth is, if you don't listen - the universe will speak to you - the universe WILL tell you - and the lesson will be much harder.
