Heart Leadership: developing an attitude of service

If we wish to build an organisation that leads from the heart we want to build a spirit respecting workplace. This leads us to the transformation of the role of our senior managers. We shift our thinking from focusing on the product, the task, or what we call the tangible outcome to being in service to the people whoc make the prodcut, perform the task, or produce the tangible outcomes. We shift our role from sustaining a system to being in service to our joint vsision.
