This arvo we have a bit of a korero around the Lachlan Jones case. Gorgeous three year old boy found 'drowned' face up, in an oxidation pond in Gore. Questions unanswered, questions that should have been asked at the time. A whole tangle of police incompetency, and procedures not followed correctly.
