(HEART TO HEART) Six Months Post Miscarriage Update

TRIGGER WARNING: In this episode I talk openly about my miscarriage experience and how I've been feeling since it happened.   I talk about how I dealt with seeing friends get pregnant and have babies during this time, how I handled the waves of grief, and how I showed up (or didn't) for work during this time.   If you need to take a break when you're grieving, take a break.   If you need to dive into work when you're grieving, dive into work.   If you want to keep it all to yourself, keep it all to yourself.   If you want to share it with the world, share it with the world.   The biggest thing I've learned?
