Finding and creating a supportive community is ideal for sustained success. As Heart to Start is one large community, our friends participating in each season also strengthen their own personal communities too. As our program is 100% virtual this year, it's important that participants find connections close to home to provide the social interaction, accountability, and maybe even some shared goals to follow throughout the season.
