Heartstrings and Crime Scenes The Secrets Behind Cold Case Couple- Part Two

On October 4, 2004, the lifeless and partially clothed body of nineteen-year-old Courtney Coco was discovered in a derelict building along Farm to Market Road 1406, close to Interstate 10 in Winnie, Texas. Originally from Alexandria, Louisiana, Courtney was last seen alive around 4:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 2, 2004. Despite various leads emerging during the investigation, the case eventually went cold. It wasn't until fifteen years later that authorities arrested a suspect—who had been engaged to Courtney's sister in 2004—for her murder.
