from Everyday Ultra · host Joe Corcione

Running in the heat is TOUGH. In this episode, Everyday Ultra coaches and UESCA Certified Ultrarunning Coaches, Joe Corcione and Liz Myers, chat about strategies to help you manage the heat while running. They also discuss how you can optimize your running performance in the heat, how you can adapt your body to better handle heat, and how to apply cooling strategies to regulate your body temperature.
